totally confused

i have redemed my bonus points to cash(i donnt know how to upgrade so clicking on everything happened like that).after that i recieved e mail that pts are only to upgrade then also i didnot get pts back.then i saw delete my acc i thought it would help me to get points again so i deleted and registered agai then also i did not recieve points.pls help me give me bonus points so i too will upgrade
